If you want your body to acclimate to a specific area, be sure to find a local honey grower in your surroundings, and Get their honey!!! 💛

Kris, very true! About 5 or 6 yrs ago, I read how local honey helps reduce seasonal allergy sypmtoms. I have springl and fall (pollen, ragweed, etc) I started taking a small amt each day in the am, and boy, does that ever work...no more allergy meds! Has to be local honey, as the bees are getting their pollen from plants indigenous to your surrounding area. For me, it's been a real game changer!

Also what helps me if I do have a runny nose...
Wormwood (or some use Ivermectin)
Quecertin
and Echinacea Goldenseal Complex
and Honey (honey also works for teeth problems)
I used to have really bad allergies every Spring and Fall, Winter.
Now I have a lot less problems, if any!
