Religion divides. Denominations and all allow segregation. We have been played. We save ourselves. No one comes to save you. If you’re miserable and unhappy you walk away and heal. Holding on to what you need to let go of, leads to sickness and death.

Put God (you are God- you hold the answers within) first and you can’t go wrong. Church teaches someone comes to save us. Don’t give your power away. Evolve or repeat. We are supposed to live a lot longer. Their lies have killed.

This is how I feel about this subject...religion is nothing more than crowd control.

law control
social control
religious control

its all about their control, they just call it something else, and carry on.

If we are mindful of ourselves and those around us, we do not NEED to be herded by folks in robes, waving books, in fancy buildings, owning land, gold, jewels, community power...

We just have to once in a while think, if that were me, how would I feel about that?

It is about community and shared values. In the videos coming from WNC we see over and over again the support provided by those churches. They have been serving meals, collecting and distributing supplies, and serving as a gathering place for people to process and organize. Many churches provide meeting places for grief groups, recovery groups, and all manner of community events throughout the year. They also provide education, camps and some have daycare. They can be especially beneficial for elderly and people new to an area. It is unfortunate that many have been exploited or infiltrated by people with less than honorable intentions, but that is a pattern that occurs among many groups.

Agreed, providing a focal point and communication center is good. But this is also attached to the rest of it, and all that goes with it... unfortunately.

We become dependent on this system, and, breaking out of that dependence is part of the process too.

In A ncient days, before books were printed, only those with power and money and, the education given by the church could read... so this very small minority had knowledge the rest of the population did not.

One of the reasons religious places were constructed, was so larger groups of people could be given the information- those who could read - chose to pass on to them... The community relied on religious centers for that, as well as gathering for energency or celebration.

We have outgrown the need for knowledge to be interpreted, skewed, held back, changed, mutated to suit the minority.

The Awakening is about knowledge, and the responsibility that goes with its knowing...
