Boycott any and all cereal made by Kellogg and Post. Look for organic non-GMO alternatives. Substitute breakfast cereal with a quick scrambled egg and whole wheat organic toast. Add a small bowl of organic fruit. Kids will do better in school with a good breakfast. 😇

Home made bread, meat and eggs, many combos to be had, My kids ate very well and it shows!
