The inside of my body, physically, doesn’t feel like me anymore!! I’ve noticed my body is vibrating when I’m falling asleep and upon waking. When I’m awake during the day, I have rotating symptoms from 1 to the next, a mixture of some new and old.

It’s as if a wheel a spun and the arrow lands on sore throat glands, a headache, diarrhea, no appetite, burning hot brain, freezing cold, extremely thirsty, nausea, dizziness,…. It just goes on and on……

I have no depression, no grieving at this point. It’s as if I’m aware to just stay in bed or home and allow the purging to flow. It leaves the body and creates room for the light!!

I’m using my oils, my crystals, my high vibrational 4 cats to stay grounded.

How is everyone else doing? What do you do to hold it together right now?
