Arizona sheriff Mark Lamb says remote camera generated 'red light'/speeding tickets that you receive in the mail are *NOT* legal instruments and you are *not* obligated to pay them.
You have to be *served* the ticket *by the witnessing officer* and personally *sign it* to show you received it.
He said he throws any he receives straight into the trash.
