Energies through the roof right now.
People been having very strong physical reactions to this spike in frequency:
Stomach queasiness
Low appetite
Headaches
Bodyaches
Difficult sleeping
These current energies have been overly stimulating the mental body creating a spin, if you've been finding yourself in loops and over thinking.
Breathe, feel the ground below your feet. Run some gold light through your mental, emotional bodies and nervous system. Make sure gold light and not white light. To soothe, calm, and not activate more.
