Have been awake between 1:30ish, and 3:40ish every day for 2 weeks now.
I lie awake waiting to go back to sleep... sometimes I do - and like Tuesday, slept in for an hour later - my horse was not a happy camper!
Yesterday and today I got up nearer to usual time - but that was because I did not go back to sleep...
Nowadays, if I get a straight through sleep - its noteworthy.
