FEMA knows exactly what they're doing. Just like the gentleman said--live in free hotel far from home and work, lose job. Lose job, can't rebuild home. Can't rebuild home, can't pay property taxes, land taken away, FEMA land grab. FEMA understands everything.

The other thing you need to understand, people in WNC are TOUGH as nails! They are mountain folk, they do for themselves. They are farmers and blue collar workers. They will fend for themselves before taking a bullshit excuse of a hand out from another useless government organization. To say they are resourceful is an understatement.

first, if they are on their land then no one can come on it unobserved
second, they want people to lose everything cuz they are not stupid and this is being done deliberately
third, what happened to all the FEMA trailers that they used to help victims of hurricane katrina over a decade ago. don't they have more FEMA trailers?
four, I would rather be on my land in peace and quiet then be in a FEMA camp, which is like jail or a NAZI concentration camp
FIVE: MOST IMPORTANTLY: NC PATRIOTS ARE MILITIA IF PUSH COMES TO SHOVE. THEY WANT MILITIA IN A 15 MINUTE FEMA CAMP WHERE THEY CAN BE OBSERVED. Picking NC for the weather warfare was not a small thing cuz they want to target patriots and they thought no one would show up to vote, plus, they thought they could forcibly tell people what they HAVE to do, and NC patriots say screw you, I am staying home.

There is a land grab element to this that FEMA is playing into as well.

Much easier to take land that is not occupied, from folk with no income or means to support themselves - they become desperate, and, will take the pittance offered for their land eventually.

All that lithium turns FEMA into the mafia.
