Okay, a pardon is for someone who has commented and found guilty of a crime, a President can not pardon someone who has not been found guilty yet. 😏 Did everyone forget this?????
The president of the United States has the constitutional authority to grant pardons for federal offenses, as outlined in Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution. This power allows the president to forgive individuals for crimes against the United States, except in cases of impeachment, and it can be exercised at any time after the crime has been committed.
