Either he does not know what 'rebrand' means, and just says it to look 'cool', or the left are about to change their logo, and pick another color scheme - then carry on exactly the way they always have...
The party needs to be gutted from the top down, and remade, not just a surface 'rebrand' that won't fool anyone except the programmed.
