Unfortunately it's way more than $5,000.
The rebar, concrete, and connecting caps will cost more than that.

There's also the cost of prepping the land and building a foundation for it.

You still have to have plumbing for water sewer and electrical hookup.

Furnace and air conditioners still need to be installed.

Then there's the cost of the windows and doors.

The concrete still must be painted inside and out.

Cabinets installed and appliances

Interior doors

Bathroom showers and tub fixtures along with toilets and vanities

Flooring would consist of carpeting, tile or vinyl plank

And then there is the labor cost.

I can frame up a conventional house by myself if all the prep work is done in about a week.

If you like living in a dome building that's great but I still prefer living in a conventional built house.

There is so much more to finishing out a dome house that is not being revealed.
