Canning more zucchini than you can shake a stick at. Today cold packing at least 24 pints, well canning til I run out of lids, and then reupping on them and making pickles all day tomorrow.

That's awesome! Hey, a while back I remember you saying that you ordered Japanese rice. Did that come from Japan, if so do you have a link?
