I survived cancer 25 years ago.

Except for occasionally throwing my back out like Mr. Incredible when stacking hay bales, still going strong!

When I was a teenager, I used to install 4x4 transmissions by hand lifting them off my chest. 😜 Stabbing them into them engines' clutches & flywheels.

As I got smarter, I gave that practice up.
Now I use a transmission jack. 😂
