Ask Yourself @AskYourself_45
I smell a rat.
By design to allow a bunch more criminals to sneak out of sentences early?
Was there a high profile or well-connected con that needed to find a new way out of jail by dismissing a previously tried case?
Is this sabotage from some employee of the system that withheld or did not notify of upcoming renewals?
Is there a benefit to Detroit being down 30 officers for the time it takes to renew licenses and to perform all those new background checks?
Is this another way to make LEOs look incompetent by the defund groupies?
I do not believe this is pure negligence, not to this degree, not with the timing of the contentious election with Trump incoming, plus TdA setting up camp in several states (however not yet being noted in Michigan according to a map of affected and openly acknowledged states so far).
Is this at all related to 350 FEMA semi trailers staged in Oscoda with no active emergency (not yet at least)?
Yikes…

I’ve lived in Detroit. I’ve seen how that particular system (doesn’t) work. It’s more than likely an unqualified dei hire who has no concept of the scope of the job. There are people who enter the system with no real knowledge of it and since they’ve only had a glancing contact with it. They have no idea that the protocols and regulations in place are there because those before them already went through the trial and error that established the system to begin with. They won’t listen and adhere to best practices and wisdom from prior employees. They are determined to reinvent the wheel. Then they blame everyone else for their failure.
I’m sure all of those things you mentioned will come about because of the cascading failures. These are the same people who have been told by their pastors that if they don’t vote for the right candidate, they’re wasting their votes, voting for the loser. If everyone who told me that voted for the person they really wanted, that candidate would have won.

Great insight!
I think, based on all the circumstances so far, that these officers all deserve immediate amnesty to just work around the red tape in this issue. They can get back to work while someone else sorts it out for them (without repercussion). The previous arrests they made are not in question in my opinion. Everyone can just suck it up like we do for DEI hires and illegal aliens.
