being the same age as John Jr. this was my first memory. My two sisters and I were playing in the living room while our mother was antiquing a dresser in the foyer while listening to the radio. Our mother started to cry and since mom was crying there must have been a reason. The three of us made our way to the street out from where it seem all the mothers and children were gathering while everyone was crying. It was so dramatic that at only 3 years old at the time I can still remember it as if only yesterday
