its called MK ultra. the nutzis brought it over post ww2 and have been using it slowly and carefully since.. this is where we are now--- not for all but for enough to change the climate. and were they successful? i guess so.... look at where we are now? esp in the USA. the supposed leader of the world.. crumbling fast.
