They will keep coming, as long as we let them, they think we are weak and stupid.
Make examples - the rest will think twice.
Particularly in those states refusing to follow the law... two women... if it were THEY or THEIR family member who were raped, I bet they would have a different response.
We have pussyfooted around this for 8 YEARS.
Enough is enough. We can no longer accept a culture that thinks this is ok, either side of the border.
