Started using whole wheat flour with my starter, because you can feed it less. Great pie made again. Lovely. Telling ya'll game changer. Gonna start another one for other baking things, from bread flour, but this is awesome.

20 dollars plus 2.39 a topping for a large pie at Mellow Mushroom.....fook that, These kick their pies asses and literally like twenty minutes ish to bake. AND healthier, like what maybe a dollar to make....or less......
