Thank you for this. I've experienced the devastation that antidepressants and pharmaceuticals bring to one's life.
I will never, ever again trust a doctor, big Pharma or therapists.
Recovery is hard work, a daily grind. It is well worth the journey to peace and healing.
You have to feel the feels to heal the heals but once you do, look out, you're unfuckwithable.
