Bill Cooper revealed to us in 1991 that there was a fully staffed, fully equipped, and fully operating un-elected shadow government already situated in the Deep Underground Military Base inside Mount Weather, Virginia - complete with it's own "President" and "Congress" of its own, and totally unknown to We The People.
Bet our White Hat Military had to recapture that, too.
