because those states bring in illegal migrants from ALL OVER like Ukraine, South America, Mexican Cartels...from EVERYWHERE and 'GIVE them ID, cars, houses, FoodStamps, LOTS CASH on EBT card, all at the DeepState DHS offices. It's been this way for eons, and even when you vote Republican... that person becomes a RINO.
