I've requested of the enemy's energy service here to replace a LED high intensity street light to be softer and they won't even do that! how or what are we to do about these more 'serious issues'??

I had been getting from Steinmart until they closed when covid hit and discounted places, I will be making a trip to the fabric store to make my clothes...there's a reason linen and etc. is so expensive.
