Last year, I squeezed fresh lemon, oranges, and grapefruit together, diluted with water and kept in the fridge. A bit tart but it sure kept me from colds and so on. Vitamin C is good stuff!

The only pharma meds I take is the 60mg pseudoephedrine Walgreens's brand white tablets when necessary, which is seldom.
I take one the moment I sense a runny nose about to start. Never fails, and haven't had a cold since I started taking it about 25 years ago.
