President Trump was never charged nor was he ever convicted of an insurrection and if ANY Democrat and or Republican in office even thinks about pulling this bullshit 14th amendment Section 3 to stop the certification, all of the Reps who try to unseat a duly elected President of the United States again could face charges under 18 US Code §2385. Advocating Overthrow of Government.
§2385. Advocating overthrow of Government. Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years following a conviction.
