Yup! Luckily I'm 45 miles north of there and have National Grid for Elec. Not that they are any better. article says can't access page, but you can click on it.

The power company was so sneaky about it too. So very sad. So many just can't afford to live these days. food, homes, etc. Very sad day indeed :(
