This is something I just remembered: I think Obama gave guns to federal agencies (as if they were legit law enforcement)
and his administration bought up bullets in an attempt to corner the market so that people who owned guns wouldn't be able to use them.
I don't have verification so it might not have happened exactly as I write here.
