North Dakota clearly wants to join the Constitutional Republic and their Public Officials apparently don't want to go to GITMO, so they therefore allowed this to go to a no-brainer People's vote.
Those public officials aren't as dumb as they look.
All "COUNTIES OF" in America should just ZERO OUT everyone's Property Tax Bill IMMEDIATELY and start issuing refunds for all Property Taxes paid, and then dissolve themselves.
Why?
The "COUNTIES OF" charging property tax are in fact foreign-owned corporations only POSING as our county government. That's Violation of 18 U.S. Code ยง 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law.
If it says "THE COUNTY OF _____" then it's a corporation, not your rightful government.
"_____ County", that's your government By The People, and it should reside in a very small, non-fancy building.
