PUBLIC PRIVATE LAND GRAB?
Are the Feds working with Big Corporations and Agency government to steal YOUR land?

The dots are connecting…..

1. Unprecedented CAT 2 hurricane hits western NC preceded by biblical rain directly over the region with a world class vein of quartz silica running through it, currently being mined for use by Big Tech.

2. Evidence points to the possibility that Duke Energy released water the day before the storm, flooding out Biltmore Village and Swannanoa drowning untold homeless and others who lived down or near the French Broad River.

3. Cloud Seeding using Sodium Polyacrylate, used for decades to increase moisture content in soil for Big Ag, is also used to increase rainfall. It is of SERIOUS CONCERN AND INTEREST to note that sodium polyacrylate is also used to separate ore from mine tailings. See link for sauce in comment below…

4. Also of interest, is the fact that small mining towns like Spruce Pine, very hard hit with flooding, have an unusual number (14) of high speed internet companies servicing a municipal population of approx 2200. This gives their parent company, Black Rock, massive infrastructure right of ways and a precursor for land development.

5. Spruce Pine also is building a 65,000 SF YMCA facility connected to Mayland Community College. Oddly there is almost NO PARKING and no mass transit for a facility of that size that easily could hold the population of the entire town inside.

6. Oh, and did I mention that Spruce Pine is the home to the finest quartz silica mine in the world? The majority of the mining is done by two companies. The largest and most productive of those two companies is a Belgium owned company called Sibelco.

7. Spruce Pines lower street downtown was completely flooded. Local residents do not believe those businesses will come back as they did not have flood insurance. If you bulldoze and pave that street it becomes a wonderful parking lot to accommodate the massive community center across the river that only needs to have the foot bridge rebuilt connecting that new parking lot to the YMCA. The foot bridge was washed away in the flooding.

8. Re-development always require land studies, public comment, and accommodations made should studies reveal endangered species. When you have a flood of this magnitude, resulting in everything washed away including people, homes, businesses and potential "endangered species" you are left with the right of ways for existing infrastruture. That is your foot in the ground floor of re-deveolpment door.

Hypothetical Question:
Can you see how the above would lend itself to expediting a 15-Minute City to facilitate the harvesting of precious quartz silica and providing housing and jobs for the imported replacement population?

JUST ASKING QUESTIONS???
