In this video, I simply took the public file, opened it in Adobe software & dismantled it's digital layers, revealing how it was created & not even flattened to conceal the fraud. This is meant to be from 1961!

Exactly!! LOL. I read about this some years back and LOL'edMAO.
I used to use Photoshop all the time - until they started charging you monthly to use software you already bought. Anyway, I was quite familiar with using Photoshop's layers. And it's function called "FLATTEN IMAGE." LOLLOLOLOL
You see, the idiots who faked the birth certificate knew just enough to hang themselves. After stacking all those little goodies on different layers to make the BC look "authentic," they made a crucial error of omission.
They didn't click the "flatten" tool, which mashes all the combined images into one jpg, png, or whatever, and pass as one, single image.
By NOT clicking flatten, it left the document in layers, a technology unknown to the public prior to the 1980s. Not only that, it provides step-by-step instructions on how the fake document was created. 😂😂😂
