At least it is Noah -> Ham -> Canaan (father of canaanites)
I've read that it is suspect that fallen angel DNA crossed the flood. (Nimrod was a grandson of Ham.)
It seems that "Noah was perfect in all his generations" means Noah's DNA was clean. However, Noah's wife or Ham's wife could be a DNA question.
Some apocryphal literature identified Noah's wife as Naamah, the daughter of Lamech, and thus a descendant of Cain, but the deuterocanonical Book of Tobit states that Noah's wife was one of his "own kindred". Others have asserted Naamah was Ham's wife.
