My only question is…. why doesn’t it work on dogs that have cancer? Or does it. Seems that cancer is the number one killer in dogs, so why aren’t we saving them?

Because the vaccines they give them GIVES them the cancer. Well that and you don't give them, "dewormer" unless they have worms.
