1,760,644 absentee ballots sent so far
204,943 completed ballots have been returned

Of the total # of absentee ballots sent...
1,089 are not in the October 2024 registered voter file
2,244 are sent by inactive registrants
15 are sent to "virtual" mailboxes
3,637 are sent to out of state voters
16,534 are sent out of country
53 are registered at UPS/USPS addresses (e.g. PO Box)
307,812 are not registered as permanent absentee

Thanks to efforts of http://CheckMyVote.org and others, we know the names of these voters. Not only should clerks be wary of these names, local and county canvassers should ask CheckMyVote for these names before certifying any election results for their jurisdiction.
