I had an hour’s conference call yesterday
with Reps & Senators from the Carolina's.
We presented data to answer their questions
about how this [weather] manipulation occurs.
THEY REALIZE THIS WAS NOT A NATURAL EVENT.
They’re trying to digest the fact that
THEIR STATES WERE LITERALLY UNDER ASSAULT
FROM WEATHER MODIFICATION OPERATIONS
that are CLEARLY CONNECTED WITH DoD OPERATIONS.
THE FACT THAT THIS STORM WAS MANIPULATED
IS ABSOLUTELY INARGUABLE.
We know the tech to stop these rotations from even occurring
has existed for decades
with the manipulation of atmospheric pressure zones.

I don't understand how the white hats aren't stopping the weather modifications from more destruction. Can't they use the same techniques used to bring down the list of evil buildings? People don't need to have their lives destroyed, decades spent trying to rebuild. If they are trying to destroy Disney and the underground tunnels there just hit those areas?
