I was in NC & GA yesterday
& they have tremendous communication problems:
The poles were ripped down, the wires were underwater,
houses were destroyed,
possibly 1,000 [dead] maybe more.
600 people are missing & you know what that means.
They had no communications with the mainland.
They asked me if I knew Elon Musk?
Could you do us a favor,
weβre trying to get STARLINK.
I called up Elon, I said βNC & GA are in big trouble,
could you do something about STARLINK?β
I wasnβt finished with my phone call yet
& I got word STARLINK was going to be delivered.
I asked, βHow does it work?β
They said, βMUCH BETTER THAN THE WIRES.β π₯

So good to hear that there are pets being rescued with their people. I remember the horror stories from Katrina of people being told their pets were not allowed to join them.
