Could be chlorine dioxide (MMS) or colloidal silver.
Could be something that is beneficial to humans,
maybe non-beneficial to malevolent entities.
Keep in mind that not a machine made flies without eyes of the Military on it.
Once when chemtrails were overhead, I could actually smell the MMS. Know what it is, because I use it regularly, so I personally am not concerned. That's just me.

There can be many causes of that, including the weather modified conditions (we know weather warfare is afoot) and intense sun (the West is experiencing extreme heat), so can't tell you why that is happening.
What I do know is our entire planet was contaminated by EVIL and its Deep State using chemtrails previously (Barium & Aluminum -Baal- & Graphene Oxide ++), and that our air, water, soil, plants, animals and people were all contaminated, and that likely MMS is one of the remedies.
There is another explanation that Juan O'Savin revealed several years ago - Missile Defense.
By creating thermoclines or layers of less and more dense air layers or strata, an incoming ballistic missile going Mach whatever would suffer the effect of basically crashing into a brick wall. Considering the present state of affairs, and if that is true (makes total sense to me), then I welcome all the defensive measures taken to protect America by our Military, who sees all and knows all.
