That makes sense to me on a personal level... even though I've been through some truely rotten things, someone had to go there and I know why it was me.
You can't solve a problem if you haven't really immersed in the nature of the problem long enough to work out whats not working and whats missing.
And the things that have happened to me, not just recently but up and down the scale of my life, but very much more recently, have given me unique insight into something that is in desparate need of reimagining.
I had to be placed somewhere in need of a 'smooth transition'. So... I couldn't have imagined it had I not been 'submersed'.
