I believe it was Yearick on the roof as looking at his picture and the one that poised from the shooting it looks like him not Crooks at all. Also, Liz Cheney was friends with the Yearicks who lived in Wyoming and SC; Yearick's father died and I read about it in the Obits that he had a son named Maxwell. Liz put a notice up in the Congressional news congratulating the Maxwell's parents on their anniversary.
