A sealed indictment does not necessarily name only one person, they can include entire groups of people.

I believe each Federal Indictment can list up to 99 individuals, but there might not even be a limit considering a National Emergency has been Declared.

Here's a tracking site for Federal Indictments:
bad-boys.us

As of today:
Sealed Federal Indictments: 523,800
Unsealed Federal Indictments: 59,813
Sealed Federal Indictments Remaining: 463,987
Non-Sealed Federal Indictments: 854,641

These above numbers do not necessarily include Secret or Military Indictments, BTW.

When a Federal Indictment is issued or unsealed, that means arrest(s) carried out.

Special Prosecutor Huber's Team of hundreds of Prosecutors assuredly lead the way in this, FISA active. Remember AJ Jeff Sessions facilitated transfer from Civilian Courts to Military - UCMJ.

At one point several months ago, this website listed "Individual Cases" and that number, if I remember right, was over 5.4 million.

Safe to say millions of criminal individuals in America are arrested, or are gonna be.
