'invading horde'
We need to create the right image, to get people in the right frame of mind.
invaders pillage
invaders plunder
invaders rape
invaders murder
invaders take over
The conquering French in 1066 were not termed 'migrants', they were invaders - but at least the Saxon leaders were not paying them to destroy the country.
