There's no way round it, we are in one of the most intense energy waves we have ever had this week. Had clients messaging about vertigo and even being sick and extreme purging from ALL over the world in the last 48 hours. What a wild ride. I'm currently sipping on a double bagged chamomile tea which is taking the edge off nicely. Try to enjoy best you can 😁
