A Ramming Incident has happened once again in the West Philippine Sea, where a Philippine Coast Guard Vessel, the BRP Teresa Magbanua (MRRV-9701), was Rammed at least Three Times by Ships belonging to the Chinese Coast Guard while they were operating near Sabina Shoal only 123NM from the Island of Palawan in the Philippines.

This is Second Ramming Incident to occur in less than 48 Hours near the Sabina Shoal.
