My take, based on my own research, comprehension and intuition, it that Brunson HAS been favorably decided upon, but is at this moment deemed "classified" for Military Operational and Public Safety reasons, and that our Supreme Court is under Continuity of Government Operations due to the fact one or more of the Justices were severely "compromised" and possibly Tribunaled. So I am positive Brunson is 100% under Military Jurisdiction, due to the Laws & Orders that show we are under Military Occupation and Continuity Of Government Operations or COG due to the National Emergencies and AUMFs invoked (War On Terror). We just have to be patient, the Military will let The People know of the ruling when timing is correct...and timing is everything.
