I think you come from a totally different place than I do.
My mother suffered for 20 years - disabled and in continual pain, as my uncle also did, but for only 10 years.
My daughter has had excruciating pain since she was 6 and is now, at age 41, facing two surgeries, one on each lung, where the surgeon will cut out about 5 pieces of her lungs.
I am in constant pain, live below the so-called poverty level, was raped when I was 10, beaten to a pulp by my 1st husband and so on and so on and so on.
Before I became a patient advocate (25+ yrs) I defended abused women and children.
I cry for all people especially victims of child and human trafficking which breaks my heart.
I'm angry also, actually more than angry.
But we are in God's hands and I hope that He reaches His 'Tipping Point' soon.
I've read about 'The Great Awakening' but I think it matters not.
The place I come from-I believe our present lives are but a breath compared to our eternal lives.
