Update on a couple of items I started adding to my daily routine that have helped me get past severe leg cramps and worsening neuropathy.

Boron (I added before and mentioned, but upped the dosage to 9mg per day) (started with 1 capsule of 3mg to begin with)

Added Spirulina and Chlorella (4 little tablets introduced but might increase if I need to)

Ended up introducing back in the Magnesium Oxide again 500mg
to the Magnesium Gylcate 400mg

and decided to add in Potassium (added at first by having a banana in the morning and one at night for a little while) (Now added in a capsule of 99mg)

and added in some anti-oxidants

And I have successfully stopped the leg pain, cramps, and even the achilles heal problem that had begun).

All in all, feeling better, able to sleep better now, and better mobility without the pain to walk!

I just wanted to let you all know the progress and things are doing well with these additions.

Should add in that the arthritis that had set in this year or so, has lessened too! Still working on trying to get rid of that all together!!!

I take 1 a day 450 mg, helps fingers & gout.
I'm taking Solaray and it works Ok, but I like Nature's Life brand more: but they get sold out (others must like it too) and it's hard to find, u might see they have something else u you'd like.

TYVM!!!

I had gout at least once before, many years ago and at that time was a waitress on my feet like 20 hours a day. Too much protein in my diet back then.

I will look into this, and hopefully this will help too!

I take celery seed for the upset stomach, haven't had a problem in years! Able to keep and tolerate any supplements and medicines that I have to, and helps the pancreas too! a Win Win!😊

Most all of our produce is sprayed w/ the enemy's spray, even home gardens get toxins from chemspray trails.
I noticed too Organic tomatoes are hybrids

Some seeds I save year to year! and some seed catalogs have some great heirloom seeds. I also keep watch of Mother Earth news for much information and sometimes the seed catalogues.

Most of my container pots that I grow from are either heavily sheltered or on the leeward side of the house (in shade and get the boost of the roof shade) from it. The best of my tomatoes grew under a carport with minimal direct sun and a roof to collect things. This type of growing is relatively new to me!

I get my stuff online, in stores and local.

Poisons are in air, water, soul, food, drink, etc.

One thing I have learned on this journey for what we eat or drink, is that we are supposed to pray before out meals that the food or drink we consume is healthy and beneficial for us in God's name.

Also that growing our own food is best when we can, and yes we have to be careful of the water, fertilizer, where sold from, and more with the seeds we plant. Many have been altered. Heirloom is the best!

And to wash our produce and filter our water, as best we can, which means researching and keeping an eye out for who owns the companies and what changes they make to things.
