I read a year ago or so that a jpg of BO's birth certificate was found. When it was examined, it was discovered that it was a Photoshop document -- complete with numerous layers.
Having multiple layers means that various elements were added separately. They had created a pretty convincing-looking document but they forgot a key step: FLATTENING.
Without doing that, it remains a multi-layered production, an obvious phony.
