I got the subdermal shot kind, popped that top some, and just squeezed that liquid right on there. But I am sure you could also do the paste. Just put it in the area, and let it soak on in for a while. And the next day til symptoms resolve. I think my body was overly tired, and eating four double chocolate dream cookies probably didn't help. THIS stuff is making light work of it. Twice this dude has had an issue, and boom day two all done. Which makes you wonder even more about their rounds of "antibiotics" really.
