Every single step in the grooming of a child is sexual abuse, a crime.
Reading disgusting "children's" books to children and/or libraries having them available for children to take out is a sexual abuse crime, imo, as it's akin to when a man or woman exposes him or herself to a child.
These crimes are intended to educate children way before they are ready to understand adult topics and they damage and confuse children, about sexuality and they take away their innocence.
