This is a great analysis for sure and very important SCOTUS event, but the reality is we lost our Republic during the years 1871-1878 with the ACT OF 1871, when our Republic was usurped by fraud & corruption and converted into a "corporation" known as "USA, INC.", a foreign-owned entity. Then by the BUCK ACT of 1940 all levels of our State, County, City & Town "governments" joined the Federal Corporation as "subsidiaries". THAT WAS THE ORIGINS OF THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT. Foreign!
