When I tell you what they had did in the fall of 2018 (before the British were sent) and who (with a string/catgut) they let inside the house on me, send them all straight to guillotine.
At least now I know who swept it under the rug.
This requires a thorough interrogation, all.

So now, for a change, fraudsters are trying to get into my apartment, under the pretext of dismantling the gas connection/meter, even though I pay for gas regularly. It's unbelievable what these crooks are capable of affording.
Phone call today at 7:43 a.m., the crook didn't even introduce himself.
Just another violation of basic human rights here.

...."In order for this to be an unauthorized withdrawal as a result of repeated non-fulfillment of payment obligations, it must also be a payment obligation arising from the content of the relevant obligation from the point of view of the above. If the license holder claims payment from the customer that does not correspond to the agreed obligation, or does so on the basis of an unauthorized unilateral changes to the contract, in which case the condition of unauthorized consumption is not fulfilled even in the event of a delay by the customer," reads the explanatory statement of ERO. https://eru.gov.cz/vyklado...
❗So, if the supplier has unilaterally increased your advances to an amount that does not correspond to the price agreed in your contract, then he has no right to recover these advances from you, and certainly not to ask the distributor to stop deliveries.❗
