It’s a first-offender. These are not violent offenses.
Merchan would have to recognize
how he would set off a cascading problem
if you try to even put a leading Presidential candidate
on home-confinement in New York.
You’re going to have multi-tracks going forward.
There’s going to be appeals taken.
The President will be subject to
an interview with the Probation Officer.
Then a sentencing..
A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE NOT TAKING THE VERDICT ON ITS FACE
AS VALIDATING THESE CHARGES.
There is a feeling that the President can’t seem to escape
this vortex of New York.
That he’s being pulled from courthouse to courthouse.
So in some ways
the President is going to regain control of that message.
He will certainly regain control over the legal side
as he picks what appeals to take
as it unfolds in the coming days.”

A very sad day, he was convicted on NOTHING!
But that's how the court system in this country works, corrupt to the core!
